Brought to you by the folks behind the popular Taiwan Culture and Penang Culture, every meal at their latest Korea Culture concept is a vibrant, interactive experience that brings South Korea’s love for food, travel, and cultural diversity to life. Similarly, the menu features original, authentic ingredients from artisans in Korea, guaranteed to bring an authentic taste of this K-food kingdom to your dining table.

For the first 6 months, the restaurant will be decked in global TV phenomenon Squid Games inspired memorabilia, including posters, the circle, square, triangle symbols, and the striking green and pink tracksuits. Guests will be transported into the world of the series as waiters, dressed in iconic Squid Game uniforms, move through the space, and game-inspired design elements set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.

Also known as samgyetang, this nourishing Korean classic is a popular traditional dish for health. It features tender chicken simmered with ginseng and aromatic herbs in a flavourful broth, ideal for enhancing vitality especially on lethargic, hot summer days.
The ultimate Korean comfort food, Beef Bulgogi BiBimbap ($24.80) comprises marinated beef bulgogi served over rice with sautéed vegetables, an egg, and a homemade kimchi butter sauce, that is both addictively savoury and spicy. Don’t eat beef? Korea Culture has salmon or chicken options too.
Marrying Western influences with authentic Korean cuisine, the Fish & Chips with Gochujang Butter ($24.80) serves up crispy fried fish alongside gochujang-infused butter for a uniquely Korean fiery and creamy twist on this western platter. Inspired by Chef Edward Lee’s (of popular Korean cooking competition Culinary Class Wars fame) recipe, the gochujang infused butter steals the limelight with its harmonious blending of gochujang’s spicy and umami notes and the velvety smooth butter.
Not to be missed is the Fried Chicken with Korean Soy Sauce ($24.50) where delectable morsels of chicken are expertly fried till golden brown before being slathered with a moreish Korean soy sauce glaze, delivering a sweet and umami punch with every crunch.
