Kopitiam has reopened at Compass One, boasting 24 food stalls and one drink stall. With over 15 new offerings, visitors can expect a mix of traditional hawker delights and modern culinary trends. The revamped space draws inspiration from Sengkang’s rich history as a fishing port, creating a lively and inviting atmosphere for diners.
Among the standout stalls is Shi Hui Yuan, which has earned the Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2016. Known for its herbal braised dishes, Shi Hui Yuan is opening its first food court outlet here and will feature an expanded menu that includes kway chap. Another must-visit is HJH Maimunah Mini, an 8-time Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient, offering authentic Malay and Indonesian cuisine, with dishes like Mee Soto and Lontong.
For a taste of Malaysia, Ha Lou serves Hokkien Mee, Char Kway Teow, and Oyster Omelette, alongside fried bananas for those craving something sweet. Popiah lovers can visit Ann Chin Popiah, famous for their handmade popiah skin and traditional kueh pie tee. With this wide array of dining options, Kopitiam @ Compass One promises something for everyone.
