Kine Burgers is hard to miss in the hawker centre, thanks to its sleek, stainless steel front inspired by Tesla’s Cybertruck. Designed by AI and set up at a cost of $40K, the minimalist stall stands out amid its colourful neighbours, with its menu displayed on a Xiaomi TV. To match the futuristic vibe and reduce nanoplastics, burgers are served on customised stainless steel trays with mini forks. Helmed by Ray, a chef with Michelin-starred experience, Kine brings gourmet creativity to street-level dining.
The menu features four main burgers: the Signature British Curry Crunchy Shrimp Burger, Single and Double American Smash Burgers, and a budget-friendly version made with store-bought buns and no cheese. All main burgers use lactose-free buns developed by Ray himself. Customers can choose between à la carte options or sets that include premium fries and salad, with sides starting from $2.40. It’s a streamlined, flavour-forward offering that blends accessibility with high standards.
What sets Kine apart is the attention to detail in every element—from house-made sauces to the texture of the smash patties. The hearty double stack burger delivers on all fronts: juicy, meaty, messy, and flavourful. Even the crunchy fries and dips hold their own. For a hawker stall, prices are more than fair given the quality and experience, making Kine a refreshing, standout option in Singapore’s burger scene.
