Kaarla showcases Coastal Australian Cuisine, focusing on the seafood, livestock and produce of Australia’s coastal regions, which are some of the most desirable in the world. Executive Chef John-Paul Fiechtner oversees 1-Arden’s various culinary concepts, and helms Kaarla’s kitchen which is anchored by a custom-built wood-fired grill and oven.
