Imperial Treasure Fine Chinese Cuisine has reopened at Marina Bay Sands, presenting elevated Chinese flavours in an exquisitely refurbished setting that overlooks the glittering casino of this landmark destination.
The thoughtfully designed dining space features champagne-hued walls complemented by light natural wood details and luxurious gold accents, creating a serene and sophisticated ambience that reflects the exceptional quality of service and cuisine. With an enhanced layout, the mall dining hall accommodates 20 tables, and is complemented by eight private rooms, allowing for a total capacity of up to 194 guests. Six private booths in the main dining hall offer an intimate dining experience for smaller groups, while five of the private rooms are fed with breathtaking uninterrupted views of the Marina Bay Waterfront and the Esplanade.
The menu continues to captivate both loyal patrons and newcomers with the signature flavours that have established Imperial Treasure as a culinary icon.
- Peking Duck, a culinary masterpiece, features exquisitely crispy, paper-thin skin that yields to succulent, flavourful meat beneath.
- Alaskan Crab can be prepared and served in two exquisite ways: Sautéed with egg white, delivering a delicate, creamy texture, or seasoned with pepper and salt for a bold, invigorating flavour.
- Australian Lobster, best baked with superior broth to enhance its natural sweetness.
- Marble Goby, or ‘Soon Hock’ Fish, can be enjoyed either steamed or deep-fried, prepared in the traditional manner and cooked to perfection.
Every dish is sure to captivate whether you are dining with family, friends, or business associates.
