Hazukido, the famed Taiwanese croissant brand, has opened a new outlet at ICON Link@ClubStreet, bringing its signature pastries to the heart of the city. Celebrated for its Japanese-inspired baking techniques, the bakery uses premium ingredients such as Elle & Vire butter and Japan Centenary Flour to craft its croissants. The outlet operates on a takeaway-only basis and features a rotating selection of around twelve flavours, including both sweet and savoury options.
Each croissant is freshly baked on-site in limited quantities, capturing the essence of Hazukido’s commitment to the Shokunin spirit—an ethos rooted in precision, quality, and craftsmanship. Their signature folding technique creates a delicate contrast of textures: a golden, crisp exterior that gives way to a soft, melt-in-your-mouth interior, infused with the rich aroma of natural butter.
Though prices are on the higher end, Hazukido’s pastries offer a visual and textural delight. Popular picks include the Golden Mont Blanc and Queen Crab Truffle Cream croissants, among others. While the taste experience may vary depending on personal preferences, Hazukido continues to attract pastry lovers in search of quality and artisanal flair.
