After its successful debut in Junction 8, Bishan earlier in July, the team behind HAR HAR Chicken! is excited to welcome their 2nd outlet at the basement of VivoCity, Harbourfront this 18th October 2024.
HAR HAR Chicken! is brought to you by Singaporean foodies and avid har cheong gai lovers – LG Han from 1 Michelin-starred Labyrinth, social media personality Lennard Yeong, and good friends Bevin Desker and Tay Jianli – who have banded together with the simple mission: to give har cheong gai the spotlight it deserves! At HAR HAR Chicken!, har cheong gai is the name of the game, presenting new ways to enjoy this local treat complete with sides of their own to really bring the biggest har cheong gai satisfaction.
Keeping to their brand proposition of offering all things har cheong gai, the new outlet will be offering Singapore’s first Grilled Har Cheong Gai, that comes in burgers, wraps and rice boxes. Boneless har cheong chicken thigh cutlets are first marinated with their house har cheong paste overnight for maximum flavour, before being grilled to smoky perfection à la minute. Savour the tender, juicy grilled har cheong gai in every satisfying bite, with each portion boasting a generous 120 grams of boneless chicken.
“We recognise a growing demand for a healthier product that can be enjoyed more frequently. As we get older, we find ourselves prioritising health. But as individuals who enjoy our food, we believe that eating well should not mean sacrificing flavour. Our grilled har cheong gai delivers the same delicious taste with significantly less grease,” shares Lennard.
