Din Tai Fung, the acclaimed Taiwanese restaurant chain celebrated for its signature Xiao Long Bao, is set to close 2025 on a high note with the debut of its 29th and 30th outlets in Singapore. Opening on 21 August 2025, the new GENEO restaurant will seat 120 diners and feature an inviting alfresco area overlooking a spacious amphitheatre. Surrounded by lush greenery, the venue blends a lively social setting with a sense of calm, making it a unique destination for both casual meals and special gatherings.
To mark the launch, fans can look forward to meeting Bao Zai, Din Tai Fung’s beloved bun mascot, at GENEO during the opening week. Appearances will take place on 21–23 August at two time slots daily: 11am–1pm and 5.30pm–7.30pm. Guests will also be treated to an exclusive giveaway, as Bao Zai hands out vouchers for a complimentary serving of Oriental Wantons with Black Vinegar & Chilli Oil, redeemable with a minimum spend when dining in.
