Chef Daniel Hasvold Jung-Eldøy brings with him an impressive pedigree, having worked at Michelin-starred establishments such as The Square in London and Fauna in Oslo. He co-founded Restaurant Galt in 2017, which earned a Michelin star within months of opening, followed by the launch of Schlagergården in 2021, another Michelin-starred success. Most recently, he co-owns Restaurant FAN in Oslo, which opened to critical acclaim in August 2024. Now in Singapore, Daniel showcases his signature Scandinavian fine dining style, inviting diners to experience the flavors and warmth of the Nordic region.
