If you’re dialled into Singaporean TikTok, then you’ll be familiar with Vincent Lim, known for his “siao ah!” exclamation. He has now joined the likes of Titus Low to set up a gelato and waffles cafe in MacPherson known as Crazy Scoops. There are 16 different flavours available daily, priced from $4.50, or $5.50 for premium flavours. Aside from the classic options, they’ve also got a weird Coriander gelato option, where a vanilla base is blended with coriander. Enjoy your gelato pick atop a Croffle, or a freshly prepared buttermilk Waffle. If sweets aren’t your jam, the cafe serves up savoury finger food such as Truffle Fries and Spicy Drumlets.
