Comvita @ InterContinental Singapore

InterContinental Singapore’s Lobby Lounge introduces the Golden Nectar Afternoon Tea, a limited-time collaboration with premium New Zealand honey brand, Comvita. Available from now until 17 July 2025, this honey-infused high tea experience is priced at $130++ for two on weekdays and $140++ on weekends. Curated by award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Jason Goh, the menu celebrates Comvita’s luxurious Mānuka and Gourmet Honeys through both savoury and sweet creations. Guests can expect dishes such as Foie Gras and Duck Rillettes on Brioche, Clover Honey-Miso Glazed Salmon, and the Pistachio Mānuka Honey Choux Puff. A highlight is the ice cream trolley offering complimentary free-flow gelatos and sorbets to complete the indulgent affair.

Presented on a rustic tiered stand with theatrical dry ice, the experience is a visual and culinary delight. Savoury selections are infused with a subtle honeyed sweetness—think Brie Cheese and Wild Mushroom Tart, Quiche Lorraine, and the standout Clover Honey-Miso Salmon. The sweets are no less indulgent, with standout desserts like the Chrysanthemum Honey Pavlova, Honey Redcurrant Mousse with lemon yuzu compote, Ginger Mānuka Honey Tartlet, and the Medovik Clover Honey Cake. Freshly baked scones, both plain and raspberry, are served with Devonshire Clotted Cream, handmade Passion Fruit Compote, and Wild Blueberry Jam for a classic finishing touch.

Guests can pair their afternoon tea with a serving of premium loose-leaf tea or coffee, and elevate the experience further with beverages like the Queen Bee ($20++), a honeyed cocktail with Mekhong Spirit, kumquat liqueur, yuzu, and Comvita UMF™ 5+ Mānuka Honey. A non-alcoholic option, the Honey Buzz ($16++), offers a refreshing blend of Mānuka tea, apple juice, and lemon. Each guest will also receive a Comvita gift set featuring UMF™ 5+ Mānuka Honey, honey lozenges, and a $5 voucher. As an added treat, the first 30 guests to order will receive a complimentary jar of Multifloral Honey—a sweet memento to take home.
