It’s all started from around a conversation about travel, good food & good wine, AC Concept founder – Alex and José decided to develop a culinary project. José, as the executive chef and with vast career in Spanish cuisine with the ideas and passion of Alex gave birth to their brainchild project in 2021, Kulto, a Spanish restaurant that elevates the latin gastronomy concept. Since then, more restaurants have joined the group. Focusing on re-energising restaurants and bringing them together incorporating the same core values. They expand and navigate around other kind of cuisines and styles, an Italian-Australian concept such as Cenzo was born, followed by Bario and Chicco.
