The first cat-themed Japanese bakery launched by the acclaimed Hokkaido patissier and chef Shinya Tajima. You may have heard of him because he’s the man behind the famous Neko Neko Shokupan, a cat-themed bun that sent Japan into a tizzy over how adorable it looks.
