An Energetic Array of Handcrafted Dim Sum
Canton Paradise+ spotlights the artistry of handmade dim sum with playful, photo-worthy creations alongside timeless classics — over 15 varieties in all. From whimsical animal shapes to vibrant colours, beloved traditions to innovative twists, it’s the kind of menu that makes you want to order everything.
Among the exclusive highlights at Canton Paradise+ is the Signature Dim Sum Platter ($16.90) — six exquisitely shaped dim sum presented in a specially crafted hexagonal steamer basket. The selection features the Goldfish Spinach Prawn Dumpling (orange), Sakura Ebi and Octopus Dumpling (reddish-pink), Abalone Prawn Dumpling (green), Abalone Prawn Dumpling (green), Mushroom and Truffle Dumpling (blue), Sea Cucumber Dumpling (black) and Xiao Long Bao.
Sweet indulgences include the charming Sugar Shell Turtle Polo Bun ($4.90/pc) with an irresistibly crumbly sweet crust, served with French butter, and the Trio Lava Bun ($7.90/3pc) — featuring a Salted Egg Yolk Lava Piggy Bun, Chocolate Lava Chicky Bun, and Taro Lava Bun crowned with oatmeal.
For something hearty, don’t miss the Steamed Rice Roll with Curry Pig’s Skin and Fish Ball ($7.50/portion). The silky, supple rice rolls soak up a rich Hong Kong style curry, paired with crunchy pig’s skin and springy fish balls for a satisfying finish.

Authentic Hong Kong Wanton Noodles
A true reflection of Hong Kong’s bustling cha chaan teng cafe culture, these springy egg noodles are imported directly from Hong Kong and paired with rich, dried sole fish broth simmered for 4 hours to extract all of that deep, delicious umami.
The Signature Canton Jumbo Prawn Wanton Noodle ($8.90, soup/dry) is a perennial favourite — a quartet of plump, juicy prawns wrapped in silky handmade wanton skin, served with those signature springy noodles. It’s Cantonese comfort food at its finest.
For a spicy kick, the Spicy Jumbo Prawn Wanton Noodle ($9.30, dry only) delivers strands coated in dark soy sauce, fragrant oil, and the star of the dish: a punchy house-made chilli sauce. Another must-try for the heat seekers is the Spicy Beef Brisket & Tendon Noodle ($13.30, soup/dry), brimming with tender chunks of slow-stewed beef brisket and collagen-rich tendons simmered until melt-in-your-mouth soft.
Comforting Congee and Rice Dishes
Another cornerstone of Hong Kong cuisine is its rice dishes — especially the signature congee, a rice porridge patiently stirred until the grains dissolve into a luxuriously smooth, thick, and silky consistency that instantly warms the body. Ask any Hongkonger and they’ll say no dining experience is complete without a bowl of piping-hot congee or a steaming pot of rice.
At Canton Paradise+, these timeless comforts are reimagined in a modern setting while staying true to the flavours of Hong Kong’s beloved food culture. Every bowl is a labour of love, simmered and stirred over low heat for at least four hours to achieve that signature silky, velvety texture.
You can’t go wrong with the “Ting Zai” Style Congee ($8.90) — a hearty, boat-style porridge brimming with fresh fish slices, squid, shredded pork, peanuts, preserved vegetables, and crispy fritters, inspired by Guangzhou’s river traditions. For something equally satisfying, try the Century Egg & Shredded Pork Congee ($6.90), or boost your iron intake with the Pig’s Liver Congee ($7.90), featuring generous chunks of meticulously prepared liver that retain rich nutrition while eliminating any unwanted flavours.
Diners can also turn to four classic steamed rice combinations, from Char Siew and Chinese Sausage ($8.50), to the homely classic of Salted Fish Minced Pork ($8.50); there’s also Garlic Pork Rib and Black Bean Sauce Chicken Claw ($8.50) for fans of this dim sum delicacy, and the hearty variation of Chicken, Chinese Sausage and Mushroom ($8.50) that promises satisfaction in every bite.
