Popular for its hybrid mochi croissants and creative-flavoured pastries, Brotherbird Bakehouse will open their new outlet in the East of Singapore at Tampines 1 in March.
They are known for various types of pastries such as the twice-baked croissant, the regular croissants (some pumped with fillings), chocolate series, and Danish pastries. They made a name for themselves with their unique range of croissant flavours as well as a selection of regular and seasonal flavours, with the latter changing month on month. Croissants can be bought individually, or in bake boxes, which you can order via their website, and collect at any of their outlets.
