Bakery M has opened its latest outlet at Marina One, bringing its popular mochi buns and fresh-baked goods to the heart of Singapore’s CBD. Known for its wallet-friendly prices and chewy mochi creations, the brand first rose to fame at Wisma Atria in 2022. This new location, conveniently situated right outside Shenton Way MRT Station Exit 5, makes it an ideal stop for busy professionals looking for a quick breakfast or snack. Baked fresh every morning, most of the breads are ready for sale by 9am, offering both speed and quality in one stop.
Among the standout offerings is the Peanut Butter Mochi ($2), featuring house-made mochi and a creamy peanut butter spread encased in soft bread. Another fan-favourite, the Biscoff Caramel Mochi ($2.30), combines chewy mochi with Biscoff spread and crunchy crumbs for added texture. Those who enjoy sweet-savoury pairings should try the Crunchy Salted Polo Bun x Mochi ($1.80), which layers buttery bolo crust over mochi-filled bread. While the signature Mentaiko Japan ($3) was unavailable during a recent visit, the Shio Pan ($2) proved just as satisfying, with its crisp base and balanced buttery flavour.
Bakery M’s menu also includes a variety of savoury buns such as the Curry Potato and Chicken Cheese ($2.30), Tamago Mayonezu Ham ($2.20), Premium Sausage ($2.20), Japanese Tuna Mayo ($2.10), and Ham and Cheese ($2.10). With its bright yellow decor and a cosy dine-in area with eight seats, the Marina One outlet is as inviting as it is convenient. Whether you’re a mochi enthusiast or simply craving fresh, flavourful bread, Bakery M is a delightful new addition to Singapore’s bakery scene.
