At the helm of Allora’s culinary expertise is Executive Chef Stefano Sanna, a globetrotting culinary artist with over a decade of experience. Chef Stefano harmoniously blends the flavours of both Northern and Southern Italy to curate a comprehensive Italian dining concept. Before joining Allora, Chef Stefano left his mark at Restaurant La Scala at The Sukhothai Shanghai, which was awarded the Michelin Plate 2020 within its first year of operation.
