Fine-dining chefs open hawker stall serving delicious Malaysian-style fried pork kway teow at Wisma Atria. The family recipe for Ah Yen Traditional Fried Pork is so closely guarded, its third-generation chef David Lee Hou has to travel to Singapore from his native Sabah every two weeks to make the marinade himself.
Ah Yen is founded in 1940, starting from a humble stall by David’s grandfather in Sandakan, Sabah. Their signature is the secret recipe Hakka pork cutlet served with rice noodles and a bone broth. They believe in preserving the traditional taste and the quality hence they will like to share with everyone this taste as well! Come and have a bowl!
