Overbrød has finally gone physical!
This new kid on the block serves Scandinavian-inspired Smørrebrød (or “butter bread”, is a traditional Danish and Norwegian open-faced sandwich served on buttered rye bread) and Deli paired with crisp beers or aquavit for a satisfying lunch at Anchorpoint.
According to the owners, their trips and time spent in Sweden and Denmark opened their eyes to various Scandinavian food which are less commonly found in Singapore. Overbrød offers a unique selection of both hot and cold smørrebrød, some of which boast Japanese fusion flavours, the perfect introduction to those unfamiliar with Nordic cuisine.
