Step into a charming, industrial-chic space where handcrafted sourdough pizzas take centerstage. Each pizza is made using traditional Italian methods, but with a fresh, modern twist. Experience the uniquely delicious qualities of natural fermentation: the pizza dough is slow-fermented for at least 30 hours, yielding pizzas with a real depth of flavour, and a crisp crust with the perfect chew. The dough is prepared fresh daily, using a proprietary blend of Italian and Japanese flours, baked in a 450°c Italian pizza oven for just 90 seconds, resulting in pizzas with the typical hallmarks of a Neo-Napolitano style pizza.
