Rempapa, the name derives from ‘rempah’, Malay for ‘spice paste’ and ‘papa’ given Chef Damian is the grandaddy of heritage cuisine. This all-day dining offers elevated one-dish heritage hawker dishes, as well as family-style sharing plates that bring together flavours from Peranakan, Malay, Chinese, Eurasian and Indian kitchens.
