Tapas are the mainstay of ASPA with an array of Asian-inspired and classic Spanish small plates, designed for joyful eating and sharing. Focused on bringing forth simple and down-to-earth flavours, the quality of the seafood and meat ingredients hailing from the Mediterranean region, Spain and Australia.
Taking two iconic local dishes to create something more; the robust flavours of the arroz caldoso are accentuated by the smoky aroma from cooking in a claypot with the crusty rice bits at the bottom. ASPA aim to surprise, and delight.
