Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine is proud to announce it is expanding its presence to Singapore’s southern waterfront with the launch of its 16th outlet at VivoCity! Boasting 33 tables, the new outlet can accommodate approximately 74 guests. Besides the amazing food and cosy interior, the dining experience is enlivened by guest perks such as complimentary snacks and ice cream! The VivoCity outlet officially opened on 9 May 2025.
At the new outlet, gourmands can discover two new dishes: Red-Braised Lamb Ribs (Non-Member: S$25.90, Member: S$23.90) and Spicy Beancurd Strips (Non-Member: S$15.90, Member: S$13.90).
With the former, indulge in the luxurious flavour of premium Australian lamb, slow-braised to tender perfection and infused with the subtle sweetness of garden-fresh carrots. Each bite is steeped in a rich, velvety broth that seamlessly marries the natural note of the lamb with the sweetness of simmered vegetables. Each of the Spicy Beancurd Strips is steamed to delicate tenderness, kissed with sizzling aromatic oil and enveloped in a bold, savoury fermented black bean sauce. Relish its interplay of flavours as well as soft texture!

Calling for the tender squid tentacles from the squid head, the Stir-fry Spicy Squid Tentacles (Non-Member: $22.90, Member: $18.90) is stir-fried quickly over high heat to lock in its rich flavours. It is tossed with a copious amount of garlic and chilli, promising a fiery and aromatic punch. The vibrant colours also make this dish a feast for the eyes as well.
Xiang Xiang’s signature Sizzling Claypot Chicken (Non-Member: $22.90, Member: $18.90) is a beloved favourite, showcasing tender, slow-simmered chicken infused with a rich, housemade sauce. Served piping hot in a traditional claypot, the dish delivers an irresistible wok hei aroma and a comforting depth of flavour. It is impeccably paired with the signature Wǔcháng mǐ (five-grain rice), which soak up the nutritious essence of the chicken.
Reminiscent of the Italian bolognese, the Braised Beef Brisket with Whole Tomato (Non-Member: $22.90, Member: $19.90) showcases a glorious fork-tender brisket, slow-braised in a vibrant, tangy tomato broth. Every soul-warming sip is rich with flavour and is simply irresistible.
