Pulsii has relaunched as Pulsii French Bistro, trading its original woodfire restaurant concept for a livelier, more social dining experience. The new identity reflects its name—a blend of “pulse” and ii (the Japanese word for “good”)—and embodies energy, rhythm, and connection. Now styled as a modern French bistro and bar, Pulsii offers a refreshed menu built around vibrant sharing plates, comforting flavours, and an atmosphere designed for lingering over food, drinks, and conversation.
The menu still features Chef Daisuke Yoshikawa’s signature open-flame techniques, seen in mains like grilled lamb tenderloin with Kanzuri chilli oil, grilled yellowtail with chrysanthemum leaf purée, and smoky Magret duck breast. Small plates are creative and satisfying, from the whipped Brandade Croquettes topped with onion relish to the chicken liver mousse served with apple-raisin jam and fluffy brioche. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or settling in for the night, the dishes are made to be shared and savoured.
Leading the kitchen is Chef Daisuke, a Yokohama-born chef trained in Michelin-starred French kitchens, with seven years of experience as Executive Chef at Italian restaurant Luka in Singapore. At Pulsii, he brings together French and Italian culinary sensibilities with fine Japanese ingredients. Beyond the food, guests can enjoy The Social Pour—a weekday special with wines by the glass at just $9.90. With its refreshed identity, approachable pricing, and thoughtful cooking, Pulsii offers more than a meal—it offers a place to reconnect, unwind, and feel the rhythm of good living.
