Dalaland is a newly opened bakery in Tanjong Pagar specialising in Swiss rolls, offering six rotating flavours daily. Highlights include the Intense Uji Matcha Slice ($8.90), which features earthy green tea sponge cake wrapped around whipped cream and Uji matcha jelly, and the Lychee Rose Slice ($8.50), filled with lychee-infused whipped cream. For more traditional palates, the Classic Vanilla Maple Slice ($8.40) and the 70% Dark Chocolate Slice ($8.90) offer comforting, familiar flavours. Due to the richness of the whipped cream used in every slice, guests are encouraged to pair their cake with a light, refreshing beverage.
Positioned as Singapore’s sugar-light dessert destination, Dalaland is redefining indulgence through mindful baking. All cakes and treats are made fresh daily using premium ingredients like real cocoa butter, farm-fresh eggs, and natural sweeteners. The bakery proudly avoids preservatives, margarine, and artificial additives—ensuring that every bite remains true to its promise of clean, quality indulgence.
From signature Swiss rolls to custom-made creations, Dalaland combines reduced sugar with full flavour to deliver desserts that are both satisfying and nourishing. With a philosophy that champions balance over excess, the bakery invites dessert lovers to rediscover the joy of sweets—crafted right, and made light.
