Suki Bowl brings the bold, comforting flavours of Thailand to Singapore with its traditional Thai vermicelli “Tang Hoon” bowls, now available at Roxy Square Kopitiam (50 East Coast Rd, S428769). Starting from just $5.50, each bowl offers a hearty and wholesome taste of Thai street food culture — simply choose a protein, load up on vegetables, and enjoy an authentic Thai meal that’s both satisfying and affordable.
Created by the teams behind Siam Square Mookata and Running Egg, Suki Bowl is the result of a five-year culinary journey across Thailand. The founders explored numerous suki-specialty eateries to develop their own take on the dish, focusing on a balance of authenticity, rich flavour, and accessibility. Their dedication has culminated in a signature recipe that captures the essence of Thai suki while catering to local palates.
Each bowl is stir-fried with Thai “Dong fen” (冬粉), also known as glass noodles or vermicelli, and tossed in Siam Square Mookata’s signature Thai Suki sauce — delivering that classic sweet, salty, spicy, and sour combination. Customers can choose from chicken thigh, pork belly, or seafood, accompanied by a medley of fresh ingredients such as leafy Chinese cabbage, kangkong, golden mushrooms, and egg. It’s Thai comfort food at its finest, served in a humble kopitiam setting.
