Alongside their signature steaks, the Katong location features new surf and turf options, including Sandos with fillings like steak, swordfish belly, and cheesy egg, all served on toasted Japanese milk bread. The seafood bar is also exclusive to this location, with selections such as Canadian oysters and shrimp cocktail.
The original Feather Blade, located in Tanjong Pagar, is known for its value-driven steak offerings and a sophisticated, relaxed ambiance. Previously on Club Street, it now resides in a sleek, dark shophouse space perfect for unwinding with a drink. Alongside its food, the Tanjong Pagar location boasts a refined cocktail program, creating a dynamic experience that pairs well with the restaurant’s atmosphere.
Inspired by the renowned Flat Iron steakhouse in London, The Feather Blade was founded by Sheen Jet Leong, who crafted a menu showcasing the signature feather blade steak with Asian-inspired sides and sauces. Named one of the best steakhouses in Singapore by TimeOut, the Tanjong Pagar location doubles as a cocktail bar, featuring creative drinks crafted by Diageo World Class winner Boo Jing Heng. The East Coast outlet expands on this foundation, offering a distinct seafood and steakhouse experience under The Proper Concepts Collective.
