Hansik Dining is a new 24-hour Korean restaurant that combines six unique Korean F&B concepts under one roof, right in the heart of Singapore’s ‘K-Town,’ Tanjong Pagar. With Singaporeans’ love for Korean cuisine showing no signs of slowing, Hansik Dining adds to the lineup of popular Korean spots that have thrived this year, including brands like Cote, Daily Beer, and Seoul Noodle Shop. Set to open on November 11 along Tras Street, this two-storey destination is designed to satisfy cravings any time of day or night, whether it’s for comforting gukbap or crispy fried chicken.
Hansik Dining will feature four Korean restaurants and two bars, including three established names and three new concepts. Familiar favorites include Go Gi Jip, a well-loved Korean barbecue spot in Tanjong Pagar; Kko Kko Na Ra, one of the pioneers of Korean fried chicken in Singapore; and My Patio, a Korean craft beer bar.
Newcomers include Halmae Gukbab, specializing in dwaeji (pork) gukbap, a rich rice soup cooked in a traditional Korean pot for 24 hours, and siraegi gukbap, made with dried radish greens, an ingredient made famous on Netflix’s Culinary Class Wars. Another exciting addition is Hanyang Bulgogi, offering the time-honored bulgogi jungol, a hot pot with marinated beef, fresh vegetables, and glass noodles in a nourishing broth.
The first floor of Hansik Dining operates 24 hours, while the second-floor space remains open until 2 a.m. With 118 seats on the main floor and six private rooms for larger groups, there’s plenty of room for diners to settle in and enjoy. The bar lineup includes Chung Sa Cho Rong, a traditional Korean bar that complements the craft beer offerings of My Patio, providing a unique blend of modern and traditional Korean dining experiences under one roof.
