Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, the team behind Burnt Ends, the renowned modern barbecue restaurant celebrated for its bold flavours and artisanal fire cooking, along with Burnt Ends Bakery and Burnt Ends Bar, is set to open its second bakery — Audi x Burnt Ends Bakery — at the Audi House of Progress Singapore on Cross Street. Spearheaded by Chef-Owner Dave Pynt, this new bakery will offer an exclusive selection of German-inspired bakes, reflecting elements of Audi’s dedicated lifestyle destination, offering high-quality baked goods in a casual, welcoming setting.
At the heart of the bakery is a selection of reinvented classics, each with a touch of the distinctive flair of Burnt Ends Bakery. For those with a sweet tooth, the Bavarian beer bettered waffles set to be a hit: crunchy, deep, and made with an in-house recipe topped with honey. Burnt Ends Bakery’s signature soft-serve ice cream will also be available in ever-changing flavours, including whiskey, kirsch, and classic options like chocolate. And don’t miss the Apple Strudel doughnuts and the Black Forest doughnuts, loaded with cherries, kirsch, dark chocolate, and vanilla bean Chantilly. For savoury cravings, there’s the humble pretzel: simple, traditional, yet made even better. Audi X Burnt Ends Bakery has also reimagined the iconic currywurst, elevating this beloved street food into something truly worth talking about.
These exclusive offerings are just part of the menu at the Cross Street space. The bakery will also feature Burnt Ends Bakery classics, with a rotating selection of pastries, sandwiches, doughnuts, and baked goods. With seating for over 30, it’s perfect for grabbing a quick bite on the go or sitting down to enjoy Burnt Ends Bakery’s signature touch on timeless favourites.
Complementing the bakery’s menu is a robust coffee programme. Audi x Burnt Ends Bakery will feature its own production roasting for their signature Slayer’s Blend and an interactive coffee brew bar, where baristas will use various brewing methods to bring out the best flavours Vorsprung durch Technik. Guests can also look forward to a wider selection of coffee options, from single-origin to blend varieties. In addition, the bakery will feature the La Marzocco Strada X, the latest innovation in espresso machines, first unveiled at HostMilano 2023. To top it all off, Burnt Ends Bakery will introduce a new signature drink menu — keep an eye out for its debut!

Set to open in early 2025, the Audi x Burnt Ends Bakery will be offering a discount to Audi car owners who show their keys at the counter. But this is just the beginning, there’s more on the horizon.
