Joining cities like San Francisco, Bangkok, New Delhi, and Melbourne, Mensho Tokyo brings its acclaimed ramen experience to Singaporean foodies. Guests will have the special opportunity to meet the founder, Tomoharu Shono, who has flown in from Japan for the event, and experience the unique and innovative flavors of Mensho Tokyo ramen.

The menu in Raffles City features a variety of options for both meat lovers and vegans. Highlights include Duck Matcha with creamy chicken matcha broth, garlic-rich Garlic Knock Out, the luxurious Signature Toripaitan with A5 wagyu chashu, and the Classic Toripaitan with smoked pork chashu. Exclusive to Singapore is the Chilli Crab Ramen, inspired by the local favorite dish.
