Presenting a buffet experience that’s unlike any other, visitors will be greeted with a Spice Marinated Whole Baby Lamb Rotisserie for dinner every Friday to Sunday. Have the tender grilled flesh of a masala baby lamb roast sliced straight from the spit and served to your plate. There is also an interactive DIY Kebab Station that that lets you put together your own kebab so you get full complete say on how you want to wrap yours.
Seafood is as fresh and sweet as they come from the Seafood on Ice station, spilling over with chilled clams, poached sea prawns, mussels, flower crabs, lobsters, crayfish and all the oysters you can eat. Fish is sweet, buttery and creamy from the Japanese Station where individually plated sashimi brings thick, generous slices of salmon, tuna and swordfish, sliced up by a chef who can cater to your preferred cut and sushi are hand-rolled and pressed to order. Also on offer are aburi chirashi dons for a melange of colours and flavours, to be had with free-flow ikura, ebiko and tobiko to your heart’s content.
More juicy roasts are sliced from the Live Rotisserie Station. Take you pick from bold and flavourful toasted mixed spice whole topside beef, perfectly marbled Australian Angus beef prime rib, silky and tender roasted chicken and more.
