Christina’s is a destination marked by attention to detail and a comfortable place to kick-back, a place for the creative and the open-minded to gather and collaborate. Located on the ground floor of Mondrian, it’s conceived for those who want something a bit different from a traditional hotel bar, coffee shop or all-day dining restaurant, offering specialty coffees, low-intervention wine, and seasonal cocktails with a twist.
By day, Christina’s is a refuge from the crowd in a beautiful light-filled space featuring the ceiling art installation ‘Crystalized’ by New York-based studio SoftLab and part of the Mondrian Singapore Duxton permanent art collection.
Mornings are all about coffee, served by an award-winning barista team using a Slayer coffee machine and signature blends by Tiong Hoe Specialty Coffee. Brunch is served throughout the day until 4pm, and highlights include the Chili Crab Scrambled Egg, our take on the local favourite Christina’s Kaya Toast and healthy acai bowls and freshly pressed juices. Over lunch, salads and more substantial dishes such as the Laksa Linguine join the menu.
By night Christina’s shifts mood and vibe into a devoted wine and cocktail haven, just the place to plot your business revolution or creative coup, assemble your entourage and make your base of operations for some night moves.
The evening tapas-style menu is inspired, eclectic and full of surprises. Christina’s has a superb selection of natural wines, craft beers and locally-inspired cocktails. Cocktails include the Asam Boi Highball, a signature bittersweet symphony of salted plum vodka, peach honey and coconut, and the Straits Spritz, with ondeh ondeh soju, salted pina tepache, pet nat, and citrus beets.
