Crafted by connoisseurs.
The BARMUTEARY Group made its foray into Singapore’s dining scene with the launch of its inaugural concept, Olivia Restaurant & Lounge. The group creates singular dining experiences where real food, comfortable design and excellent service combine to create unrivalled ambience. Having already left an indelible mark on the culinary scene with numerous successful concepts, Chef Alain Devahive, an award-winning master of the culinary arts, brings his extraordinary expertise (honed in renowned Michelin-starred establishments inclusive of a 10 year tenure at Spain’s legendary elBulli Restaurant) to Noa. Through Noa, Chef Alain and team prepare to further showcase their culinary prowess, drawing inspiration from their own rich cultural heritage and extensive travels throughout the Mediterranean.
“At Noa, we have embarked on an extraordinary culinary journey to discover the distinct identities of various Mediterranean cuisines. We have immersed ourselves in the diverse flavours and techniques that set each cuisine apart, while also exploring the harmonies that bring them together. Through this exploration, we have captured the essence of each culinary tradition, allowing us to create a gastronomic masterpiece that reflects our own language and style. It is our humble tribute to the Mediterranean way.” said Chef Alain Devahive.
